I was a bit disappointed that the arrangement that I picked could not be delivered on the day promised by the website and the person who called me promised to send me a photo of the flowers because they had to wait until a shipment came in but I didn't get a photo. But the recipient of the arrangement said they were lovely and beautiful. She was happy and that is what matters the most to me. I would use this shop again if needed.
